AI Relay – Privacy Policy
In short: AI Relay does not collect, sell, or track your conversations. Your chats are read only when you click the button, processed inside your browser, and never sent to us. The only thing we receive is what you choose to send through the Feedback form.
1. What AI Relay does
AI Relay is a Chrome extension that helps you continue a conversation from one AI chat website (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) in another one, for example when you reach a usage limit.
2. Conversation content
- When you click the 🔁 button or use the shortcut, AI Relay reads the conversation shown in the current tab and turns it into a “continuation card” (a text prompt).
- This happens only when you ask for it. AI Relay does not read your conversations in the background.
- The card is processed locally in your browser. It is never sent to the developer or any server operated by the developer.
- If you choose another AI website, the card is placed into that site’s input box. Nothing is sent until you press Send yourself. Once you send it, that website’s own privacy policy applies.
- The most recent card is kept in your browser’s local extension storage so you can edit or copy it again. It is replaced by the next card and removed when you uninstall the extension.
3. Settings
Your preferences (such as card length and whether to show the button) are stored in your browser’s local extension storage. They are not sent anywhere.
4. Feedback form (optional)
If you use the Feedback tab, we receive only what you submit:
- the feedback type and the message you write,
- a reply email address, only if you enter one,
- the extension version and your browser’s interface language,
- your browser information (user agent), only if you leave “include version & browser info” checked,
- which upcoming Pro features you are interested in, if you use that survey.
Your conversations are never attached to feedback. Feedback is delivered through Google Apps Script and stored in the developer’s Google Sheets and email, which are subject to Google’s privacy policy. We use it only to answer you and improve AI Relay. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose, and you can ask us to delete it at any time through the Feedback tab.
5. What we do not do
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising.
- No selling or sharing of data with third parties.
- No use of data for creditworthiness, lending, or any purpose unrelated to the extension’s single purpose.
- No collection of passwords, payment information, or browsing history.
The use of information received by AI Relay adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Permissions
storage– saves your settings and the latest card on your device.sidePanel– shows the AI Relay panel.- Access to chatgpt.com, gemini.google.com, claude.ai – shows the 🔁 button, reads the conversation when you click it, and fills the input box of the site you choose.
- Access to script.google.com – delivers the feedback you choose to send.
7. Children
AI Relay is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be noted in the extension’s release notes.
9. Contact
Questions or deletion requests: please use the ✉ Feedback tab in the AI Relay side panel. If you enter a reply email, we will answer you there.

1. AI 릴레이가 하는 일
AI 릴레이는 사용량 한도 등으로 AI 채팅 사이트(ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)를 더 쓸 수 없을 때, 그 대화를 다른 AI 사이트에서 이어갈 수 있게 도와주는 크롬 확장 프로그램입니다.
2. 대화 내용
- 사용자가 🔁 버튼이나 단축키를 누르면, 현재 탭에 표시된 대화를 읽어 ‘이어가기 카드’(텍스트 프롬프트)로 만듭니다.
- 이 작업은 사용자가 요청할 때만 이루어지며, 백그라운드에서 대화를 읽지 않습니다.
- 카드는 사용자의 브라우저 안에서만 처리되며, 개발자나 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 다른 AI 사이트를 선택하면 카드가 그 사이트의 입력창에 들어갑니다. 사용자가 직접 전송을 누르기 전에는 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다. 전송한 뒤에는 해당 사이트의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
- 가장 최근 카드 1개는 다시 고치거나 복사할 수 있도록 브라우저의 확장 프로그램 저장소에 보관됩니다. 다음 카드를 만들면 덮어쓰이며, 확장 프로그램을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
3. 설정
카드 길이, 버튼 표시 여부 같은 설정은 브라우저의 확장 프로그램 저장소에만 저장되며 어디에도 전송되지 않습니다.
4. 의견 보내기 (선택)
‘의견’ 탭을 사용하면 사용자가 보낸 다음 내용만 받습니다.
- 의견 종류와 사용자가 작성한 내용
- 답장 받을 이메일 (입력한 경우에만)
- 확장 프로그램 버전과 브라우저 표시 언어
- 브라우저 정보(사용자 에이전트) (‘버전·브라우저 정보 함께 보내기’를 체크한 경우에만)
- Pro 기능 관심 조사에 응답한 경우, 선택한 기능
대화 내용은 의견에 절대 첨부되지 않습니다. 의견은 Google Apps Script를 통해 전달되어 개발자의 Google 스프레드시트와 이메일에 보관되며, Google의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 받은 의견은 답변과 서비스 개선에만 사용합니다. 그 목적에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관하며, 언제든 ‘의견’ 탭으로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
5. 하지 않는 일
- 분석 도구, 추적, 광고를 사용하지 않습니다.
- 데이터를 제3자에게 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
- 신용 평가, 대출 등 확장 프로그램의 목적과 관계없는 용도로 데이터를 사용하지 않습니다.
- 비밀번호, 결제 정보, 방문 기록을 수집하지 않습니다.
AI 릴레이가 받은 정보의 사용은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Chrome 웹 스토어 사용자 데이터 정책을 준수합니다.
6. 권한

7. 아동
AI 릴레이는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 확장 프로그램 업데이트 안내에 함께 알립니다.
